Terms

Who and what
These terms cover the caleb waitlist and this website. caleb is run by Nils Lilja, an individual based in Sweden (“we”, “us”). By joining the waitlist, you agree to them.
The waitlist
Joining is free. It doesn't buy anything, and it doesn't promise that caleb will launch, launch on a particular date, or launch with any particular feature. What we describe is what we're building, not a guarantee. We can change, pause or end the waitlist at any time.
Your spot and referrals
- You get a place in line when you join. The number shown is your current position, and it can change.
- Every new person who joins through your link moves you 50 spots up.
- A referral counts once per real, new phone number. Numbers you don't own, fake or automated signups, or any other way of gaming the line can get your referrals removed or you taken off the waitlist.
- One person, one spot.
The founding price
If caleb launches, people on the waitlist get it for $19.99 a month instead of $39.99, for as long as they stay subscribed without a break. Prices are in US dollars and taxes may be added. You're only charged if you choose to subscribe at launch, under the terms shown when you do.
Texts
- By joining, you agree to receive texts from caleb about your spot, your referrals and the launch. Expect a few during the waitlist, not a stream.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any text to stop them. Reply HELP for help.
- Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Only sign up a number that's yours.
Using this site
Don't abuse the site: no automated signups, scraping, attacks, or pretending to be someone else.
When caleb launches
Using caleb itself will come with its own terms, which you'll see before you subscribe.
Ownership
The caleb name, this site and its content are ours. What you send us stays yours, and you let us use it to run the waitlist.
No guarantees
The site and the waitlist are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond what these terms say.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you've paid us, which on the waitlist is nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you by text or on this site before it applies.
Law
Swedish law governs these terms. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
